Return Policy
1. Right of Return – 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product. Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in its original condition (no damage, glue marks, or visible wear), and includes all original packaging intact. We do not accept returns for used or damaged products.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at Contact Us Please include your order number, the product name or model, and a short explanation for the return. If the item was incorrect or defective, attach a clear photo showing the issue. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. All returns must be shipped with tracking, and the tracking number must be sent to us as confirmation.
3. Refunds and Return Shipping
Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned item and verified its condition. If the return is due to a customer error (for example, the wrong model was ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. In such cases, only the price of the product will be refunded, not the original shipping cost. If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty product), we will cover the return shipping and refund the full order amount, including the original shipping.
4. Important Notes
No refund will be given if the product is not returned or if it does not meet our return conditions. Any claims of incorrect or faulty items must be supported with photo evidence. In cases of suspected abuse or repeated false claims, we reserve the right to deny future purchases or returns.
