If any structural component fails under normal use – for example, if the frame snaps, buttons detach, or the case cannot function as intended – we will repair or replace it, free of charge. Fair Replacement Program
Life happens – and we’re here for you when it does. If your case is damaged due to a hard drop or major impact – such as a bent aluminum camera frame or severe structural damage – we offer you the opportunity to purchase a brand-new case at a special reduced price, exclusively for our customers. It’s our way of helping you keep your phone protected and your style uncompromised.
What’s Not Covered
This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, surface scratches, patina development, discoloration, or other natural aging effects. It also does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation/removal, or extreme conditions.
How It Works
Simply contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll either send you a free replacement (if it’s a defect) or a unique link to purchase a replacement case at the reduced price.
Our standard dispatch time for products is approximately 1-3 business days from our warehouse. Special releases and pre-order campaigns may have different delivery times, which will be specified in the campaign details. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package conveniently.

EternaGloss™ Protective Film – What It Does (and Doesn’t)
EternaGloss™ is a premium PPF (Paint Protection Film) layer applied to your GC carbon fiber phone case, designed to:
- Protect the surface from everyday micro-scratches and light abrasions
- Preserve the deep, mirror-like shine of the carbon panel
- Allow minor marks to self-heal with gentle heat, keeping your case looking pristine for years
What EternaGloss™ does NOT cover:
- Deep gouges, cuts, or tears caused by sharp or heavy objects
- Intentional damage or misuse
- Full submersion in water, extreme heat, or other conditions outside normal use
- Damage resulting from improper care or unauthorized alterations
This protective layer enhances durability and maintains elegance, but it cannot prevent all possible forms of damage. Following the care instructions ensures optimal performance and longevity of your case.
Self-Healing Instructions – EternaGloss™
To restore minor micro-scratches and maintain your case’s flawless shine:
- Use a hairdryer on low or medium heat. Keep the device at a safe distance (approx. 15–20 cm / 6–8 inches) from the case.
- Gently move the warm air over the scratched area. Avoid focusing on one spot for too long to prevent overheating.
- Allow the case to cool naturally. Within moments, minor scratches will visibly diminish, restoring the mirror-like finish.
Important: Do not use high heat, open flames, or abrasive tools. Only minor surface marks are corrected—deep gouges or structural damage cannot be repaired with heat.
Our cases feature genuine carbon fiber back panels, regardless of the design style. The Forged Series is crafted from carbon fiber flakes, offering a distinctive marbled texture, while the standard and special finishes, like the Reflective Series, are also made entirely from authentic carbon fiber. This commitment ensures unmatched quality and performance in every product.
Your satisfaction is our priority. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery, handled with care and discretion.
- Maintain pristine condition: To ensure a seamless return, items should be in excellent or nearly unused condition — ideally flawless. Gently used or worn products may affect the refund amount.
- Reach out to us first: Please contact our customer service to describe your reason for return. We will provide personalized instructions and shipping details.
- Optional return label: For added convenience, we can prepare a return shipping label. Kindly note that the creation and delivery of this label may take 1–2 business days, depending on volume.
- Tracked shipping recommended: Always use a tracking number when returning items. Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk, as we cannot guarantee delivery.
- Refunds processed with care: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly. Depending on your bank, the funds may appear a few days afterward.

Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will refund the full amount to your account. If you need assistance with a return, please contact our customer service. Note that response times may vary depending on demand, but we strive to reply as quickly as possible.
